After last Sunday’s session many of you came back with precious feedback, thank you. Some people arrived with painful hips, shoulders, back and neck and left completely pain free. Some people felt energised, some wiped out… This practice actually gives everyone EXACTLY what they need, without exception. We could be feeling lethargic und listless for weeks or anxious and holding lots of nervous tension or both, yet by the end of a 2 hour session body/mind/ soul will have regained a much more balanced state of equilibrium.
This is especially vital during those colder winter months leading up to Christmas, where the immune system struggles and needs a bit of extra help.
