Monday morning 8:00-9:00

Rise & Shine Yoga – invigorating, super energising Flow and breathing practice to set you up for the day and week

Tuesday evening 19:00-20:15

Hatha Yoga – to strengthen you on all levels, build up stamina and vigour. You will sleep like a baby!

Wednesday morning 8:00-9:00

Yin Yoga – the perfect antidote to active as much as sedentary lifestyle, stress and an overactive mind

Friday morning 9:00-10:15

Yoga Flow – slow mindful Yoga Flow, that leaves you with a Glow for the weekend
