Tuesday evening 19:00-20:15 Hatha Yoga to strengthen you on all levels, build up stamina and vigour. You will sleep like a baby!

Wednesday morning 8:00-9:00 Yin Yoga, the Perfect antidote to active as much as sedentary lifestyle, stress and an overactive mind.

Friday morning 9:00-10:15 slow mindful Yoga Flow, that leaves you with a Glow for the weekend

Sunday morning 10:40-12:00 Yin Yoga to help you to let go of all the Stress from the week, nurture, nourish, replenish, revitalise and rejuvenate al parts of your being to reset and recalibrate.
