Dear beloved friends

I am planning to run this new, deeply healing class tomorrow evening at the later time of 8-9:15pm.

This session will dramatically reduce your stress levels, calm your nervous system and help you sleep peacefully.

I am purposely offering you this class a later time, so many need it, so that you can have your dinner before (1 1/2 – 2 hours) and I suggest to slip straight into bed (even practice in your PJs or have a relaxing detox bath with lavender straight after the session and have an early night.

I am only running this with enough participation, so if this resonates with you, please kindly let me know and book your place with me today or latest by tomorrow lunchtime if possible.
