Hello dear Friends of (Yin)Yoga
Give your body and mind a MOT with Yin Yoga and help it recover from chronic stress, worry, anxiety and fear, which we are often not even aware of until we get ‘the big wake-up call’.
Yin Yoga not only balances your body, mind and spirit, it deeply heals your tissues and organs and restores your joints, tendons and ligaments for better functionality and ease.
We feel more energetic yet deeply relaxed and our life force or prana is back to a healthy overall flow.
These sessions are suitable for all ages, beginners and advanced practitioners, during pregnancy, after pregnancy or if you are finding it difficult to fall pregnant.
The next session is on Saturday 9th February 11:05-13:05 at Bullen Hall. I am taking bookings now. Please note that sessions need to be pre-booked and pre-paid (£23).
