Using this website
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move through links and controls, Enter or Space to activate buttons, and Escape to close the mobile navigation. A skip link takes keyboard users to the main content. You can enlarge text or use browser zoom. Previous, Next and pause controls provide alternatives to swiping the testimonial carousels.
Movement, video and captions
Reduced-motion preferences stop automatic testimonial video previews and rotation. You can still choose to play a video. English automatic captions appear when you choose playback with sound; these may contain transcription mistakes and have not all been checked word for word. Use the sound and playback controls to mute or pause.
Choosing a suitable class
Ask Muriel privately about communication, movement, camera or other access needs before booking. An adjustment must be agreed directly before payment; do not assume that every class is suitable for every person. The minimum age is 16. Ages 16–17 require direct approval with appropriate guardian, safeguarding and emergency arrangements before a booking is accepted. Participation outside the confirmed insurance territory also requires prior approval.
Practising online
Use a stable practice space with room to move and equipment suitable for your class. Follow the instructor’s guidance and stop if you experience pain, dizziness or distress. Yoga classes are not a diagnosis, treatment or emergency service. If you need urgent help, contact your local emergency service. Keep your joining link private. Do not record other students; camera use is not permission to record or publish them.

Email mumuyoga8@gmail.com to ask about an adjustment, report a website barrier or request information in another format. Tell us the page and the problem; avoid sending detailed medical records. The contact form prepares an email draft and requires an email application; you can copy the address into your preferred email service instead.
