Try not to have a big meal 2-4 hours before yoga, however if your blood sugar levels are low, do have a little snack like a piece of fruit or nuts.
Stretchy or loose fitting comfortable clothes that don’t restrict your movement, no socks or shoes. Please bring layers if you easily get hot or cold and perhaps a blanket for final relaxation.
There is a Pregnancy yoga class on a Saturday morning 10-11am and Monday evening 6:30-7:30pm for all woman, new to yoga or seasoned yogis. If you can’t make it to the pregnancy classes, you are still welcome to attend the mixed ability classes, but not during weeks 10-14 of your pregnancy, and not if you haven’t practiced yoga before pregnancy. I will find appropriate modifications and integrate you into the general class.
Classes at Bullen Hall are drop-in, so there is no need to book. Workshops at Bullen Hall need to be booked and paid for in advance.
Absolutely, the classes are for all levels and everyone works at their own pace with my guidance, according to strength, flexility, age and ability.
