A number of poses flowing together to create movement in coordination with breathing, e.g. one breath for each movement or moving in and out of each pose with the inhale and exhale. Movements are generally being repeated several times on each side of the body. Postures are strung together like a beaded necklace, optimising and maximising movement and balance with a wide variety of asana and appropriate use of their relevant counter poses.
